Digimura
- wall to wall perfection

Digimura is a new and unique
digital wallcovering that has been manufactured
to the highest of industry
standards and specifically developed and optimised
for large-format digital print.
Unlike any other
product, Digimura both meets and supersedes industry
regulations, boasting a tried and tested 'Class
O' as defined in Building Regulations 1991, and
'Class 1' to BS476 part 7. Digimura is available
in Smooth, a satin non-textured finish, and Tactile,
an embossed linen-effect finish.
Digimura is
a remarkably straight-forward 'paste the wall,
not the wallcovering' product that is as durable
as it is flexible, and it is set to take
the creative market by storm; change the way
you think about dressing a public or commercial
space with digital imagery ... and transform
the art of wallcovering.
It is not your basic reinforced blue-backed
paper product or digital mural, it is a gloriously flexible
and durable 410gsm wide-width fabric-backed printing
base that is perfect for short-run, bespoke
projects, and will create seamless imagery to
utterly transform any public or commercial space
with ease.
- designers, architects,
and specifiers love it for its second-to-none
commercial fire rating; its high quality look
and feel, and for its stunning digital performance
- printers love it, as it
has been specially developed for digital printing,
and they can be 100% confident in recommending
a highly durable, state-of-the-art product
to their customers
- those tasked with installing
DIGIMURA love it because it is a paste-the-wall
not the wallcovering product that is clean
and simple to install and won’t damage
surfaces when it is removed
Digimura’s Environmental Credentials
(as issued by Muraspec)
As the developer and manufacturer of Digimura,
Muraspec reaffirmed its commitment to protecting
and preserving the environment through the publication
of its policy “Safety, Health and the Environment”.
A document provides the guiding principles for
the day to day running of their business.
This initial policy from 2001, has also provided
Muraspec with the drive to achieve the exacting,
ISO 14001 environmental standard. This internationally
recognised standard was successfully achieved
during 2004 and is further evidence of Muraspec's
dedication to its environmental duties.
ISO 14001 ensures that Muraspec complies with
the latest regulations across all aspects of
its business. All raw materials and manufacturing
processes used to create our products - as well
as factory emissions and recycling - are governed
by a strict set of metrics and processes. Energy
saving measures mean that Muraspec constantly
reviews the amount of energy required to produce
wallcovering on a “per metre” basis.
Additionally, Muraspec has embarked upon a ten-year
energy reduction plan agreed with the government. |
